Workshop on “Egyptian Traditional Craft: Preserving the know-how into the future”

23 June, 2022, National Gallery, London

This workshop will bring together professionals from Egyptian and UK institutions to discuss and rethink the ways of documenting the intangible process of making traditional craft. The workshop will explore how digital innovation and a collaborative approach can lead to the safeguarding of craft knowledge across the world, enabling communities of crafters to benefit socially and economically from these activities.
